Configure Calendar Sync
Use this when Calendar Sync is disabled, meeting links are missing, or calendar ownership is wrong.
Goal
A connected Gmail account becomes the primary calendar identity for bookings and meeting handling.
Before you start
At least one connected Gmail slot.
The Gmail account you want to own bookings.
Calendar feature enabled by plan.
Fix / configure steps
Step 1
Connect Gmail first
Calendar Sync cannot be configured until a Gmail slot is connected.
Step 2
Open Calendar Sync
Go to Reach Config and click Setup Identity or Manage Identity on Calendar Sync.
Step 3
Select account
Choose the Gmail account that should create and manage calendar events.
Step 4
Confirm identity
Click Confirm Identity and wait for the setup modal to finish.
Checks
If no Gmail accounts appear, reconnect Gmail.
If meetings route to the wrong account, use Manage Identity and choose a different slot.
