Configure LinkedIn
Use this when LinkedIn is hidden, redirects away, or messages do not appear.
Goal
LinkedIn access is confirmed and the LinkedIn inbox can load synced conversations.
Before you start
Execute or Scale plan.
A LinkedIn account ready for the connection flow.
Access to /dashboard/reach/settings.
Fix / configure steps
Step 1
Confirm entitlement
If the LinkedIn card is hidden, check Plan first. Initiate does not unlock LinkedIn.
Step 2
Start connection
In Reach Config, click Connect Link on the LinkedIn card.
Step 3
Complete redirect
Blind OS redirects to the secure LinkedIn connection flow. Finish it, then return to the app.
Step 4
Verify messages
Open /dashboard/linkedin and confirm threads appear in the left inbox list.
Checks
If /dashboard/linkedin redirects to dashboard, entitlement is missing.
If messages are empty after connecting, wait for sync or reconnect.
