Safe Actions And Destructive Controls

Use this before disconnecting channels, deleting clients/leads, canceling billing, or purging the account.

Goal

You know which actions are reversible, session-only, or permanent.

Before you start

You know the exact record or connection you intend to change.

You have exported or copied any data you need before deletion.

Fix / configure steps
Step 1

Disconnect channels carefully

Disconnecting WhatsApp, Gmail, or LinkedIn can stop sends and syncing until reconnected.

Step 2

Delete records intentionally

Lead and client deletes remove records from the workspace. Some usage counts, like extracted lead allowance, do not reset.

Step 3

Cancel billing from Plan

Cancel uses the billing provider response. Some cancellations require opening the manage billing page.

Step 4

Avoid Self Destruct unless final

Self Destruct permanently erases the account workspace data and should not be used as a troubleshooting step.

Checks

Acknowledge on Sentinel is session-only.

Delete Account is permanent.

Reconnect channels after any credential rotation.
