Fix / configure steps
Step 1

Prefer exact email

Gmail threads, meetings, clients, and payments match best when the same email is saved everywhere.

Step 2

Normalize phone numbers

WhatsApp matching works best when the same full phone number is stored on lead, meeting, and client records.

Step 3

Open detail modals

Lead, Client, Meeting, and Payment detail modals show which identifiers are present or missing.

Step 4

Repair at the source

Update the lead or client record with the correct contact info instead of relying on fuzzy matching.

Checks

Go to Conversation depends on email/phone/channel matching.

Payment records feed dashboard revenue only when status is completed.

Clients can be created manually if conversion automation missed the record.
