Fix Sentinel Overdue Alerts

Use this when overdue payment alerts do not show or show without a chat link.

Goal

You understand whether Sentinel is disabled by plan, missing unpaid records, or unable to match a conversation.

Before you start

Execute or Scale plan.

Recurring payment/pre-payment record marked unpaid.

Follow-up count greater than zero.

Fix / configure steps
Step 1

Check plan

Sentinel only appears when payment_auto_followup_enabled is true.

Step 2

Check unpaid records

The alert reads unpaid pre_payment_details that are overdue and already followed up.

Step 3

Check chat match

If No Chat Link Found appears, the client email/phone/channel did not resolve to a synced conversation.

Step 4

Acknowledge alert

Acknowledge hides the alert for the current browser session.

Checks

No alert does not always mean no overdue payment; it may mean the plan feature is off.

Fix client email/phone to improve chat matching.
